Dr. Babasabeb Ambedkar had seen a dream of caste less and classless society in India with the values of liberty, equality, fraternity and justice. He wanted a society free from all kinds of exploitation and discrimination. He once said that any society which has 5 engineers , 10 doctors and 15 lawyers and who are committed for the society can not be enslaved. Therefore, he had very high hopes from professionals such as doctors and engineers.
